Consumers buying online may cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To cancel, email sales@greenplatter.co.uk with your order number. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods. Please contact us for the correct return address.
For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct return postage. We will refund the returned goods and the cost of our standard original delivery option, where applicable. We will issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
