4. Returns & Refunds

If you buy as a consumer, you may cancel an eligible online order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Email sales@greenplatter.co.uk with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Contacting us for return instructions does not make your statutory cancellation right dependent on our approval.

For change-of-mind returns, you pay the direct cost of return postage. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. We may reduce a refund for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods. Where the legal conditions apply, cancellation rights do not cover sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once their seal has been broken. This does not affect rights concerning faulty goods.

We will refund returned goods and, where applicable, standard original delivery charges. Any additional cost of an upgraded delivery option is not refundable. Refunds are made to the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the goods back or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

For faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, contact sales@greenplatter.co.uk. We will provide the remedy required by your consumer rights and cover reasonable return costs where we ask you to return faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. Sale-priced goods have the same statutory rights.

The consumer change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply to orders placed wholly for business purposes. Any return terms agreed for a trade order will apply.
