RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Greenplatter is operated by Primantra Ltd. This policy applies to orders placed through greenplatter.co.uk.

CHANGING YOUR MIND

If you buy as a consumer, you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Email sales@greenplatter.co.uk with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

Please contact us for return instructions. For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct cost of return postage. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. We may reduce a refund if the goods have been handled more than necessary to inspect them and their value has decreased.

Where the legal conditions apply, the cancellation right does not cover sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once their seal has been broken. This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty.

REFUNDS

We will refund the returned goods and, where applicable, the cost of our standard original delivery option. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, the extra cost is not refundable. We will refund you to your original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the goods back or receive evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT GOODS

Email sales@greenplatter.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide the remedy required by your consumer rights and cover reasonable return costs if we ask you to return faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. Sale-priced goods have the same statutory rights as other goods.

TRADE ORDERS

The consumer change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply to orders placed wholly for business purposes. Please contact us about a trade-order issue; any return terms agreed for that order will apply.
