We aim to deliver your eco-friendly products quickly and efficiently.
1. Delivery Areas
We ship across the United Kingdom. All orders are sent tracked.
2. Free Next-Day Delivery on Orders over £75 inc. VAT (£62.50 ex VAT)
Orders of £62.50 or more ex VAT (£75 inc. VAT) get free next-working-day tracked delivery, whatever the weight. The free delivery is applied automatically at checkout, and your cart tells you whether your order qualifies.
- The £62.50 is your order subtotal ex VAT, after any discounts.
- There are no weight limits or weight bands: a single pack and a multi-carton order are treated the same way.
3. Orders under £75 inc. VAT
Orders under £62.50 ex VAT pay a flat £8.99 inc. VAT (£7.49 ex VAT) for next-working-day tracked delivery, whatever the weight. The delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

4. Order Cut-Off and Delivery Times
- Order by 1pm Monday to Friday and we dispatch the same working day.
- Orders placed after 1pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
- UK mainland addresses receive next-working-day delivery. The Scottish Highlands and islands, the Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland can take 1–2 extra working days.
- Very large orders may be sent on a pallet. We will contact you to confirm the delivery day.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email.
6. Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control (for example courier issues or weather). Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
